This was Announced on Saturday nights broadcast of Strikeforce “Lawler vs. Shields”, Gina “Conviction Carano will finally get the chance to face “Cyborg” Cris Santos on August 15th. I think Fans of Women MMA have been waiting a long time for this one!
Also announced, Gilbert Melendez will get another shot a the Strikeforce lightweight title in a rematch with Josh Thomson in the co-main event.
