Default Designer Wheys

Are you lacking Protein? How can I increase this or make it up other ways?

This will make up for what you are lacking!
What you want to try is "Designer Whey Protein Powder" . Now going back to the definition, something that makes up for something you're lacking. So this would mean I'm lacking protein? Yeah, I am. I, like many people, don't have time to prepare chicken breasts and egg whites and steaks all day to get my protein from. Sure I will get most of my protein from real foods such as those, but I use protein supplements to make up for the protein I'm lacking. I use this brand (Designer Protein) because it is one of, if not the best quality protein powder there is.

Most Designer Wheys will work quite fine regardless of brand or a true Pure Protein Bar mixed in about 1 time a day depending on your workout will give you that extra boost in the gym. I myself have used Nitro-Tech from Muscletech and found i got the best results however it is quite a bit more than GNC products that usually work the same.
